Spector Charge

Per the complaint filed in L.A. Superior Court, Spector's camp racked up more than $104,000 in charges over seven months at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites and, when the hotel demanded that Spector pay up, the Wall of Sound creator said he would—provided he got a "drastic discount of the outstanding balance." A rep for Spector hasn't yet responded to a request for comment. The Westin is alleging breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation and is looking to collect the entire bill, with interest. Spector, whose first go-round ended in a mistrial, is scheduled to be tried again Sept. 29.
